The 2019 Annual Meeting of the International Neuropsychological Society was held in New York City from Feb, 20 to 23. The theme for the Meeting is: Embracing the Biopsychosocial Melting Pot. Closely followed the main theme, more than 2400 articles pertaining the interaction between the biological, psychological, and social aspects of humans were published from researchers across more 42 countries. Our team published two articles in this conference. The first article titled “Qualitative Analysis of Boundary Extension and Potential Compensatory Processes in Memory among Normal Elderly Individuals: A Preliminary Study”, which investigated a common form of false memory among cognitively healthy elderly. The second article titles “A Normative Study on Visual Naming Test and the Object Naming Test in Healthy Taiwanese Adults”. Both articles suggested that normal aging may involve distinct cognitive changes.
